Beyond the Valley of the Dolls 4/5

Pretty bad, the GF goes out of town for the weekend and immediately in goes the Russ Meyer flick.  I had previously seen "Faster, Pussycat Kill... Kill!" on a trusted reccomendation from Reel Reviews Radio and had been meaning to view this "so bad it's good" Roger Ebert crafted cult classic for a couple years.  

It was completely ridiculous and weirdly corrupting while at the same time intelligent and confusingly funny.  If you don't have any interest in busts or "so bad they're good" qualifiers, it would still be worth Netflixing just to play on mute at your next domestic drinking get together. The four star rating can be attributed to Ebert brainwashing via the commentary track.  The Pipettes replicated a party scene from the film in their video for the song "Pull Shapes", both are below.
