I just left the airport and am confused why we transport our troops in baggy computer generated camo fatigues instead of attire akin to Cliff and Lancaster’s. I realize there is a need to be practical, but if the NBA can regulate uninspired traveling duds then the armed forces should be able to do the same. Regardless of their uniform our troops will always command my respect and admiration, but I think we should send them domesticly and abroad in something that does their station justice. I know G.S. Patton would be with me on this one.
