I have nothing intelligent to say about why I didn't enjoy this film, so you should probably stop reading. On paper it should be the best movie ever. After one viewing I think Johnny Depp and the female lead were flat and uninteresting, and that the script probably never gave them a chance. Tommy guns are obviously awesome, many of the shots were beautiful, and I now feel compelled to read (listen) the book, however I still think it would have behooved me to stay home and do laundry on Friday afternoon instead.

Public Enemies 2/5
I have nothing intelligent to say about why I didn't enjoy this film, so you should probably stop reading. On paper it should be the best movie ever.
