Maybe it was because of their name or the misplaced verve in actually wearing tams, not awesome hats, in every photo, save this one, Southern location during Motown's spladle on the industry, or maybe they just actually suck. I've lurved the song "Be Young Be Foolish..." for a couple years, but never sought out any of their others. According to purists on itunes these "disco" re-recordings wreck the original beach vibe. Never the less, below in descending order of sweetness, my most burnt out overplay of the year.
